"This is my 3rd time staying at la concha and it’s always a great experience. However, this time my only problem was it was hard to sleep at night with constant drilling noises that I could hear in my room every night. Unfortunately, that tarnished my stay this time around "

"Lost hot water after 30 seconds, toilet was “self flush” we had to refill the bowl after every flush. Bed was uncomfortable. Little tiny pillows. Staff unfriendly and not helpful. Parking is accross the street. The staff had to open to let you but they were always too busy to let you in. We had to wait, call and try to get someone to open gate. Then my husband got locked in the parking area for almost 20 minutes waiting for someone to open the gate. Sink in bathroom would not drain. Towels were scratchy. We were booked to return to this hotel after our cruise- we canceled. For over 200.00 a night…no thank you. "

"The rooms were clean, but the furniture inside the rooms needs improvement. For example, one of the roller blinds was broken, with a large hole that allowed daylight to come in from outside. In addition, the bed sheet was slightly stained; it looked like it had bleach marks. The design of the rooms is also very outdated, especially the lamps. I believe thicker sheets should be provided, as the ones available are very thin and it gets cold in the room even when the air conditioning is turned off. Additionally, I do not think it is appropriate to charge $150 upfront as a depoLas habitaciones estaban limpias, pero deben mejorar los muebles dentro de las habitaciones. Por ejemplo, una de las cortinas enrollables estaba rota, con un gran agujero por donde entraba la claridad del día desde afuera. Además, la sábana estaba un poco manchada; parecía tener marcas de cloro. También el diseño de las habitaciones es muy antiguo, especialmente las lámparas. Pienso que deberían colocar sábanas más gruesas para poder abrigarse, ya que las que tienen son muy finas y hace frío en la habitación, incluso cuando se apaga el aire acondicionado. Por otro lado, no considero apropiado que se cobren $150 por adelantado como depósito por posibles daños en la habitación. Entiendo la intención, pero pienso que sería más razonable esperar a verificar el estado de la habitación al finalizar la estadía y, en caso de que haya algún daño, entonces tomar la decisión de realizar el cobro correspondiente. "

"Beautiful resort, great location, exceptional customer service. The hotel and amenities are top notch."

"My family and I stayed here while the kids were on spring break. It’s in a great location with lots of walkable dining options. The hotel has a restaurant as well, personally breakfast was our favorite meal there. Our room was a bit tight for a family of 4 but it wasn’t a deal breaker. The staff were extremely nice. We loved the hot tub and the pool. I would definitely come back."

"This was the second time I’ve stayed at the Caribe Hilton. Grounds beautiful, staff very pleasant, food at restaurants delicious. A little bump checking in, resolved. Walls in rooms paper thin. Could hear people in next room clearly as though one room. Tile floor treacherous when wet. Overall nice stay."
