"We turned up at the hotel at about six o’clock in the evening. We had booked three days before and I had a confirmation number and everything. When we arrived at the hotel, it was closed. We rang the property on several occasions, but they didn’t pick up the phone. We tried all the doors and it was completely closed up. We contacted Expedia, but they had no idea the hotel was closed. Check-in and check-out were seamless and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Very quiet and comfortable bed which ensured a good sleep. The breakfast in the morning was very good - nice selection."
