Great, fresh breakfast spread. Room was clean. Then only disappointing part was that we booked two rooms and the room with three beds for our kids was larger was bigger with a bigger en-suite than our room/washroom with the king bed.
Having said that, location was amazing (central to all major attraction Kanin sultanahmet) and staff was extremely helpful.

I would say the service and rooftop restaurant were 5 star experiences. Great food, views, and hospitality. However, I wouldn’t consider the hotel itself to be a real 5 star hotel. Maybe it was because its in the old city district and things are just older and more crowded in that area. The trade off is that you are near everything though. Overall, it was a good hotel and I would stay there again, but maybe adjust your expectations on the 5 star designation.
