I think it should have been bc communicated that the hotel is doing construction. I couldn’t sleep because of it and when I asked for late checkout considering being woken up, I was denied. The hotel itself was nice but the customer service could have been way better.

This hotel advertises an airport shuttle, but it only runs a few hours a day. Also, if you’re airline crew, they will not allow a late checkout (even though rooms were open). Very loud and disruptive guests that were just allowed to scream all night.
