Hallways smelled like cigarette smoke but our room didn’t. I haven’t been in hotels that still have smoking rooms but I guess this one does. It’s very close to the inner harbor which was nice. There is a Dunkin very close which is nice since the breakfast isn’t the best.

The pictures of the rooms, outside of the building, and amenities are false. The furniture was extremely old, AC wasn’t working properly, dust was everywhere including the headboards of the bed, the shower curtain had mold etc. I sincerely hope they do some major repairs and remodeling. The area isn’t bad and there were nice restaurants in the area.

The staff were very nice and friendly.. I am never picky about hotel. But honestly will never go back to ANY comfort inn because of this one. The halls smell like straight cigarette smoke. The sofa bed mattress had stains on it… and same with the tub.. you can tell they try to keep it clean but just the items are too old and they need to replace certain things..

The most helpful thing we did for our trip was to secure parking in a nearby garage beforehand. The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. Easy walk to the Camden Yards and Aquarium during the day. We took ride shares to evening spots.

I liked the location that was within walking distance to M&T bank stadium. I did not like that the air conditioning in our suite was inadequate. Also, the elevators could use some maintenance. Breakfast was ok although they ran out of coffee and I never saw staff to ask for more

Very soft comfy bed and pillows, excellent location within a block of the Inner Harbor. No parking! Not even temporary parking for check in. Had to find our own and it was expensive. Hotel clerk was no help. Breakfast was nothing but sugary and fatty foods—no fruit at all but there was yogurt.

We checked in around 9pm on the 28th we went to our room and the security lock was broken off. I went down to the desk he gave me another room same floor a couple doors down. This room was not very clean, the curtains were all different lengths, the toilet had the wrong size seat on it there wasn’t a paper holder. The TV had bare wires and the ac/heat bang and banged all night. I never slept we checked out I. The morning and they ended up charging me $312 dollars for the one night. Very bad experience . I went to the Tru Hilton and it was excellent and clean

You get what you pay for. This hotel was a one & done for us. Girls’ trip to see Morgan Wallen at nearby M&T stadium. It was about a 20 minute walk, which is why it appealed to us. Also liked that there were rooms with multiple beds. I can’t say that it was clean or well-maintained by any means. The outlets were falling out of the walls, an inch of standing water in the bottom of our room fridge. But the hotel felt safe for the most part & it filled its purpose for us! Probably would choose somewhere else next time

Everything was just fine. Hotel is a little dated, needs some upgrades. There wasn't a business center at the hotel. I needed a computer because I had lost my cellphone. The gentleman that checked us in was very nice. He put us in rooms to see the fireworks over the harbor.I didn't get his name because i was frantic about my phone. I would give this hotel 4 out of 5 stars.

I'm not sure if the ac was working right or not but the hotel is close to the convention center and not horrible. There is a slightly rougher element at and around the hotel on weekends but that doesn't bother me but it may if you have young kids or not used to big cities. All in all I was satisfied with my stay. Free breakfast and friendly staff. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Room was clean including the shower. Air conditioning worked well just made a rattle sound as it would turn on. View of city/harbor was nice but windows super thin and could hear EVERYTHING. From horns to car music thumping, arguments that you could practically pick out every word. Room was great but sleeping was super hard on a Friday night until 4am.

We spent the night here and I am not happy at all. We got the suite due to 3 of us and there wasn’t even enough furniture to sit everyone. The bay view was not a bay view. You could hear EVERYTHING outside. The ceiling was so low my one guest had to keep his neck bent. The outlets were coming out the wall. We never got our pillows. My sheets were stained and dirty. There wasn’t even enough paint on everything. We had conditioner but not shampoo. The hotel smelled like weed. Even our lamp was leaning. Only thing nice was the floor. Even our door was smaller than our neighbors. Pictures are deceptive. I felt like we were put in a room being renovated and it wasn’t done yet: only upside was the bed was comfortable. I paid alot of money to be there and I am actually upset about it and would like to be contacted by someone.

The room was a legit suite with a separate room and door. The room was clean and had what I needed. They had green tea all day and night with hot water. The breakfast as a vegan was very good bagels, fresh fruit. The location of the breakfast was an amazing upper floor with a nice view of the harbor. The location is a close walk to the harbor. The staff was very good. The only thing that someone may have an issue with is the hall carpet needed cleaning.
