"The Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! We chose it because of its proximity to Nevermore Hall, wanting to be within walking distance of our concert, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. We were also able to walk to Fells Point and Little Italy, making it a logistically sound location for exploring Baltimore. Parking and check-in were easy, and the bellman and front desk staff were helpful in guiding us as first-time visitors to that hotel. Our room was spacious, spotless, and offered an exciting view of downtown. The shower was great, and the blackout curtains worked so well that we had no trouble sleeping in. And the bed, linens, and pillows were super comfortable. I love the beds here! We took advantage of the pool, where the cool water was just what we needed to soothe our joints after a day of walking around and recharge for our evening activities. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wonderful selection, and the restaurant staff were especially kind, attentive, and helpful. I genuinely enjoyed interacting with them. The housekeeping staff on our floor were equally lovely, always greeting us with a smile and a friendly hello as we passed them in the hall. The hotel itself is elegant and modern, with all the amenities you could want, but what really makes it stand out is the exceptional staff. A PERFECT hotel stay!!"

"My stay was great, helpful staff answered all my questions I had no issues. Shuttle transportation between airport to and from hotel was excellent no long wait issues. My room was clean had all things I needed. Climate control no issues. Book your stay here you'll love it. I have stayed at this chain in several other states and the service is consistent through out they are my #1 choice and budget friendly. You will not be disappointed."
