House definitely has potential but it currently needs a lot of work. Most of the light switches did not work and the exposed wires in the basement were concerning. The kitchen did not have coffee mugs or oven pans and the floor throughout the house is bowed. If there was availability anywhere else we would have left.

The home was double-booked and other people were there when I arrived. The manager tried to make me feel guilty about how difficult the situation was for him. Then after I had moved in the first people came back, left a note on the door wanting us to call them because they had left shoes behind. There were definitely no shoes left behind. I was scared and the house was impossible to lock up completely. I left two days early, but received no compensation. Less important, the beds were uncomfortable, the water reeked of sulfur and the claw foot tub had a single standard shower curtain making it impossible to keep the bathroom dry.
