Everything was excellent. The bedroom was perfect. The cleaning sprays they had for the kitchen made a great impression on my wife she just ordered the same for our kitchen. We decided not to look anywhere else for a hotel when we visit Baltimore due to where our friends live.

The room was a bit dirty when we arrived, and parking wasn't included, although I was told it was when I called the hotel to ask. Otherwise, the stay was fine. We were able to see the water from the balcony, which was nice.

Frequent this hotel monthly and the experience gets better every time based on the newest eateries to open in the area. You literally can spend the weekend at the Baltimore Peninsula and have no reason to leave.

The Roost is definitely a prime location to stay when visiting the Baltimore area. The Peninsula is an incredibly inviting locale that surely appeals to all. My only knock against the venue was a sour smell when the air conditioning was raised above 67º. Other than that, the bathroom, the kitchen, the deck space....felt like a home away from home.
