"I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children. There was a king bed and a very small pullout couch only slightly bigger than a twin bed. The issue was they provided no bedding at all for the couch. I called 3 times and they stated they were out of bedding! We ended up having to go out and buy our own ..."
