"Hotel is nearby a number of eateries. Rooms are clean and comfortable, but some areas are showing their age. "

"Upon arriving, I was not in the system according to staff. Provided confiramtion number. Staff pleasant. It was discovered it was an error in spelling. King room was spacious and temp in room was able to be set for comfort. Breakfast served at 630am during week.Sat not opened until 0700. Coffee and tea available. Items such as toasted bagels , cereal bar. fresh fruit, yogurt, bananas. apples, eggs, egg quiche. potatoes. warm and delicious. short walk to little italy and waterfront. ubers dependable. Valet parking available but watch drivers doors since oncoming traffic lane adjacent to pull off. Parking $39 per night for guests in and out priviledges."

"Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Our air unit raddled all night. Have to pay $15 a day to park. Our refrigerator did not work. The bathroom door would not stay shut without holding it shut. Loud party people woke us up at 330am. Did not sleep well."

"This property does not have a breakfast buffet as stated in the property details. The front desk staff was rude. It also took 3 calls to housekeeping and the front desk before I received the towels I requested. "

"Have more staff so I wouldn’t have to wait close to 30 minutes for check in. Plus the room had to be changed because of a strong cigarette smell. The new room had things left over from the previous person. "
