"The staff is really the gem of this place, from front desk, security, restaurant, literally everyone here will stop and say hello and are so kind and helpful. The room is spotless, 2 bottles of water every day, free breakfast, air conditioner works amazing. The shower wasnt as hot as I am used to but it was stilll ok"

"I highly recommend casa juana if you're looking for a budget friendly place to stay overnight in Bancal. I rented the Barkada room and Family room. Both were spotless. Linens were clean and smell fresh. Lady thats taking care of the place was very friendly and accomodating."

"Expect that your stay reflects how much you’re paying or less, nothing fancy, the constructin on building 2 is not completely done do not expect extravagant, the food for breakfast was not the best either better to eat somewhere else. The towels are thin, there is no formal receiving area on Ludy’s 2. Not organized the aura/vibe is not welcoming. The owner was really,really nice, very accomodating, other than that there is nothing special in this place. It only looks good in the picture. Please improve your kitchen di ing area and your receiving, also make the toilet clean. Constructions are substandard quality."
