"Had a lovely stay in January for a week, the room was adequate for our stay, a comfortable bed, tv (if you like to watch tv), a/c and fan a balcony. The room is a bit small but wasn’t a problem the bathroom has hot water and good shower. The beach is a short walk from the accommodation lots of bars and restaurants around. "I booked the sea front room but they gave me another room when I arrived, the owner said that he was really sorry and gave me some money but not the complete difference between rooms… there wasn’t A/C in my room, no hot water, the towels and sheets were really old and stained, the wifi worked perfectly."

"The room has basic facilities like kettle (no milk, tea or water), TV, geyser and AC. Only small house converted to hotel, there is no reception or service staff. It is very near to the Palolem Beach. Good if you only want to stay at night. As it located in village area, day stay is not recommended. Price wise OK."
