"The room was very clean and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from bath and beach towels to soaps and shampoo, as well as coffee pods. Its location was ideal—just steps from a stunning, white sand beach lined with turquoise water. Each day, we started with morning walks along the shore. We swam in the ocean and relaxed under the sun on several days of our stay. The Barracuda restaurant, located right on the property, became our go-to spot. We enjoyed several delicious meals there; the seafood pasta and cracked conch were a favorite, and we spent many evenings sipping their signature rum punch while enjoying the views Although the area is a bit remote, we found plenty to do. We made a special trip to Miss B's for an authentic local lunch, and on another day, we ventured to the Mudjin Cafe on Middle Caicos, where the views were breathtaking, and the cave was an added adventure. This getaway was truly memorable—well worth the trip. I would happily return, as we had an unforgettable experience."

"Incredible experience! It’s a drive to get there but we were alone and the relaxing experience is hard to understand. I cooked every meal and we just recharged at the crashing of the ocean. So close to Dragon Cay and that’s just a must have experience. We went there back to back days because it was so incredible. Thanks you for the property and stay! We will come again! "

"If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet and beautiful vacation, this is it. The house is right on the beach with beach chairs, towels, and a fully functional kitchen. You have the entire beach basically to yourself. The water is the most stunning color blue and generally calm (the waves kick up with the wind but still swimable). The hosts were very quick to respond and truly want you to have a great vacation. We toured the entire island (rent a car) and cooked most meals at the house…limited options for restaurants. The bugs are real! Bug spray is a must. We loooved the parrot ice for a treat. A boat trip took us to the most beautiful beach I’ve ever seen and was 100% worth the cost. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Thank you for sharing your house with us!!!"

"This is a great place to stay if you want some privacy and a nice quiet area to be in. It was also fairly well located. We didn’t have an extremely long drive anywhere maybe an hour or so to the farthest place. We enjoyed middle Caicos also the swimming pool was wonderful to have in the entire location private enough for all natural tanning if that’s what you want they provided a bag of ice, which is quite helpful and nice to have on premises and there was also a propane fueled gas grill on the patio, which we used nice lounge chairs on the patio patio outback with a beautiful view over the ocean. We were there for about a week and so maybe five people on the beach the entire week. "

"We enjoyed our stay on the island and meeting with Mrs. Delancy was a pleasure. She was kind in meeting us at the dock and we followed her back to the cottage where she gave us a welcoming tour of the house. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The cottage was in a secluded area and about 5 minutes down a rocky road, but we felt safe and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The water pressure was adequate in the bathroom and shower. The kitchen was well equipped. The house was close to one of our favorite beaches on the island. We would be happy to stay here again. Thank you Mrs. Delancy. "
