"Gorgeous property, breathtaking view from the room, private space, beautifully decorated, many dining options, including a Michelin star restaurant. Staff and concierge offer impecable service. The spa facilities are excellent, including massage and sauna, but missing jet pool. The beach is amazing in high tide, but does not look very nice I low tide when one cannot swim. Food in the restaurants is way overpriced even with compared with top resorts with much better food such as the fairmont...

"The hotel, while not beachfront, is only 2 minutes' walk away from Nai Yang beach. The surroundings is quiet and easily accessible to Family Mart (convenience store) and restaurants along the beach. I had the room with pool access, which is a delight as I can jump into the pool and do a short lap swim anytime. I didn't check out the roof-top pool but it looks lovely. Bed and bedsheets are soft and comfortable. Area is quiet and peaceful. Staff are particularly helpful. My only complaint is that...
