We just returned from an incredible stay at this hotel.
1. The staff was extremelyfriendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond and couldn’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable.
2. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Housekeeping promptly cleaned it each and every day.
3. The breakfast buffet had some thing for everyone. It was very convenient to have this right here in the hotel and a great start to our day.
4. Air-conditioning worked very well. You do need to leave the card in for the room to have power, the only downside to this is that we were not able to charge devices while we were not in the room.
5. The rooftop is beautiful. It was a great place to hang out and enjoy the weather. Mark was wonderful and provided us with cocktail/drinks.
6. The location couldn’t have been better.
I would recommend this property to anyone who’s looking for a stay in Rome.

スタッフは英語を使わないためコミュニケーションにGoogle翻訳が必須ですが、宿泊者の希望に応えようという姿勢が常にどのスタッフからも感じられました。部屋は様々なタイプがありますが、今回宿泊して部屋はドアを開けると直ぐにバスタブがあり、シャワーは全然違う場所にあるという不思議な構造で使いにくいと感じました。洗面台のライトも最新のタッチセンサー式でしたが壊れていて点灯しませんでした。プール、露天風呂は清潔でリゾートホテルとして魅力的だと感じました。クレジットカードを利用できないので注意が必要です。
