"Walking to Aeon Mall which is walking distance to the hotel. The mall display not much and quite limited. About hotel room, it was good and cosy also the staffs friendly an smiley at all times "

"Hotel is conveniently located beside the Ipoh Parade Mall . Breakfast and supper. (11pm) were provided . Staff may be a little inflexible to accommodate certain request. "

"We were sent to have fantastic local food at local area, superb. Although the hotel is not surrounded by examples like itself- Bedrock is very comfortable. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. If I was to make one hint, to have more Western options at breakfast like fruit and yogurt. Debbie and Mr Lee were great hosts who will no doubt help in any way"

"A high quality hotel but unfortuantely when we requested for extra 2 pillows, we were given 2 pillows which has wrinkle pillow cases and smells awful. When we brought the pillows down to the receptionist, we were told to bring it back to our room and a dosmetic will bring us another pair of pillows. I think its unacceptable and felt that the receptionist should at least take the dirty pillows from me instead of asking me to bring the smelly pillows back to my room. Also not a word of apolgies from the receptionist."

"The hotel was beautiful and we loved the decking and the fish. Staff were very friendly and packed us a breakfast for our trip up to Cameron Highlands. The hotel only offers breakfast there is no food in the evening or a bar. The town is around the corner about a 5 min walk which had plenty to choose from so the location was perfect. "

"We enjoyed our stay at M Roof. The room was spacious for the price and the view outside was unblocked, peaceful. Many nice eateries within 10mins by car from hotel. Overall I will recommend you to my friends, thank you "
