Nice property but no beach front or ocean view at all

We were greeted with warm smiles and a beautifully decorated room for our 30th Anniversary. The room was very clean (although the bed could have been a layer softer / I’m sure if we mentioned this they would have accommodated). Our favorite staff was the pool bartender “Arm” and also Kaheow (main greeter at breakfast) always happy, positive and went out of their way to be sure we had everything we needed! The massages were AMAZING with Vi!!!!!!! Location was perfect! Quiet even though action surrounded us!

The room was spotless and the staff were amazing and attentive. Will stay here again.

Staff - as across Thailand are lovely! Could not be kinder or more helpful. Sadly, our party of 5 found the breakfast of poor quality and taste. There is massive villa complex being constructed right next door so expect noise. The hotel, whilst the rooms are sound proof, the building is not - I could hear cutlery noise at one point and always loud people talking. We had a grand deluxe balcony room, yet there was absolutely nowhere to put two suitcases, bad design. Location is good and onsite parking is helpful. Hotel is precious of towels and keeps cound of jow many you have and is very strict about charging for any marks or damage to hotels, so there must have been issues in the past.
