"Reserved and paid for a room with balcony and mountain view. Got a view of a back wall and no balcony instead. Was offered a more expensive river view room - but had to pay for it so i re booked. Didn't get a refund for the fake room. Feel cheated."

"It was very clean, however, the staff didn't even seem to know i had a booking. I also messaged them twice before going, and they never responded. But it was a nice place, not really a "farm" but it's more like a mini resort. Very beautiful, with a big field and a huge tree right between all of the huts"
