Wohnung am Meer

Einfache gute Wohnung am Meer. Besonders schön durch die kleine Bucht direkt vor dem Haus. Zum Baden, Schnorcheln, Wandern direkt vom Haus aus. Gemütlicher ruhiger Ort. Wir waren das zweite mal dort und wieder sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank, Jochen Matthäus

Die Wohnung im Block ist nicht besonders charmevoll, aber sehr praktisch, gut eingerichtet und besticht durch ihre wunderbare Lage am Meer. Vom Balkon aus schönen Blick aufs Meer. Mit 1 Minute Fussweg schon in einer kleinen Kiesbucht, umramt von schönen Felsen. Gut zum schwimmen und schnorcheln mit vielen Fischen.

Gute Umgebung

Gut eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr sauber geputzt, besticht durch ihre wunderbare Lage am Meer. Balkon mit Sicht auf Meer und in 1 Minute ist man in der hübschen kleinen Bucht.

Schöne Lage aber mangelnde Sauberkeit

Die Sauberkeit bei Ankunft ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Der Fußboden in der ganzen Wohnung sandig, überall Brot- oder Plätzchenkrümel. Der Balkon sehr schmutzig. Die sanitären Anlagen waren sauber. Der Parkplatz war mit Feigen übersät. Nachdem nach zwei Tagen der Concierge immer noch nicht sauber gemacht hatte habe ich delbst den Besen geschwungen. Habe ihn irgendwann getroffen und ihn gebeten den Parkplatz sauber zu machen. Das hat er dann auch ein Mal getan.

Notre séjour Calanque d'Or

Nous louons depuis une vingtaine d'année un logement auprès de l'agence des Lecques Donc satisfaits (jusqu'à présent) Mais lors de notre dernier séjour pas mal de points négatifs à signaler canapé du salon cassé, cuisinière hors service (avons emprunté des plaques électriques) frigo, fenêtre chambre impossible à ouvrir, salle de bains évacuation bouchée, filtre robinet à changer, rangement armoire chambre pas fait ... Un responsable de l'agence devrait effectuer des contrôles entre les séjours !

J'avais choisi cet appartement pour la vue,je n'ai pas été déçue. Mais cet appartement aurait besoin d'une rénovation:pas de connexion internet sauf clé 4G capricieuse,meubles vieillots et inconfortables,télévision à chaines réduites,manque de climatisation. point positifs:bonne literie dans la chambre parentale,parking(difficile dans cette ville),propreté de l'appartement attention 3ième étage sans ascenseur
