Great Stay!

We enjoyed the beautiful views from this home located close to the Face Rock Viewpoint for beach access and was also very close to downtown Bandon for shopping and restaurants.

Nice place for the price. There really is no beach access on the property. Trail overgrown with thorny plants and was dangerous. However public beach access was close and walkable.

Awesome property and location!

Perfect vacation house for a family! Incredible location with awesome ocean view! The rock formations are spectacular! Very clean and comfortable with lots of room. Only 1/2 block from the Face Rock easy access to beach. Perfect small yard for dogs to use. Bandon is absolutely beautiful and fun. We would definitely rent this property again!!

Loved the location, right on beach. Could sit at dining table and watch the waves. The condo was clean & spacious. Loved the bonus room upstairs. Great ocean view. Was happy they accept dogs. The kitchen was nicely stocked with the needed basics and the dishes & pans were great

Great location with a view

We had a great experience in this home. Communication was timely and efficient and we were very impressed with the customer service. We had one small issue that the property manager solved within an hour. Home itself is exactly as advertised, short walk to Face Rock and Coquille point, and a short drive to old town. Highly recommend, we will look to stay here again.

A House With A View

The property was well arranged and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The view? Absolutely gorgeous, and there is good access to the beach for walking.Renters should be warned that the stairs to the second and third bedrooms are long and a bit steep, so those with knee problems might think twice, and the two steps from the entrance hall are also deep and precarious, so a short handrail might help those of us who are unsteady. But, all in all, a delightful property in a quiet neighborhood.

Great location

The location and view are awesome. However, the sunriom windows are broken (do not open) making it extremely warm upstairs on sunny days) and one of the windows in the living area does not completely close making it quite cold/damp feeling on foggy days. The parking is also a bit tight. We only had one vehicle so it was OK, but if we had brought 2 I'm really not sure where we could have parked it without blicking the neighbors.

Room with a view

The home has a great location, beautiful view and short walk to Face rock. The private access to the beach is a bit narrow and shared with the other condo attached to this unit but that wasn’t a problem for us. It has beds to sleep 6 but the kitchen isn’t stocked well for cooking in the home. The back deck wasn’t big enough to sit outside but we easily just went to the beach.

Bandon trip

Everything was awesome. I needed 4 separate bedrooms but this place actually only has 3 plays a little sun room with a futon bed in it which I don’t consider a bedroom. So that was a little misleading. The outdoor lighting was terrible. The one light that was out on the entrance porch was out so it was pitch black in the evenings. Had to have a friend hold up a phone light just to enter the code. Other than that, everything was awesome! The trail going down to the beach can be cleaned up and stairs fixed so easily. But it’s a little rough to get down to the beach as it is.now.

Beautiful Home, Spectacular View, Great Nieghborhood.

This is not a newer home, there is some wear and tear that is to be expected. We found this to be a very inviting home as soon as you walk in the door. It is so much natural light from all the large windows and high ceilings. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, coffee cups, coffee pot, flatware, and utensils. The pots and pans were old but perfectly use-able. The pellet stove in the living room was easy to start with just one button, pellets were supplied. It was just right to to take the chill off in the morning and evening. Very comfortable living room with spectacular view! The upstairs bedrooms are roomy, with high ceilings, and large windows. The enclosed sunroom off the master bedroom had a the best view in the house. We all slept great, no complaints regarding the firm mattress's. This is where we want to stay for all of our future trips to Bandon.

A short block from beach access, this location is spectacular with 180 degree ocean views. Decor is somewhat perfunctory but kitchen is well equipped and we made some great meals. Plenty of space, good for a large family or two or three couples.

The location and photos are what drew us to this property. However, the photos are outdated and the property is not as advertised! When we walked in the odor was horrible, the carpets heavily stained, blinds were broken, no air conditioning (which would have not been so bad except that there weren't handles on the windows to allow them to be opened) and the access to the beach had no trespassing sign boarding the access. Our advice is don't stay until repairs have been made!
