I got to stay in Bandung for a night, and finally got this hotel to stay (because other hotel was full), I reserved this room by Expedia and checked in at 10 PM at the hotel but the staff looked disappointed with my reservation, I don't know why!?maybe because I got lower fare by Expedia, ( i heard some hotels put higher fare in the weekends when people have reservation directly to the hotel) anyway, my stay wasn't so good, I found the bed sheet is dirty and the bathroom smells bad.. well, what can we expect from a budget hotel anyway..

Saya telah beberapa kali menginap di Amaris Cimanuk. Alasan utama adalah karena lokasi nya yang amat strategis. Amat disayangkan kondisi hotel sudah jauh memburuk dibandingkan pertama kali saya menginap beberapa tahun lalu. Kondisi perabot berdebu dan penuh coretan. Kamar mandi lembab dan berbau. Sarapan tergolong baik. Overall meskipun kondisi hotel sudah tidak sebaik dan sebersih sebelumnya, menginap di hotel ini masih tergolong sesuai dengan biaya yang kita keluarkan.

Compact & Convenient

Rooms were very small and basic, just what we needed to sleep and shower. Breakfast was okay, with fried rice/noodles as the main carbo to fuel your day. Didn't expect a fancy breakfast so it met our expectations. There were some factory outlets nearby but since we hired a driver, we didn't really need to walk around much. There was a convenience store within walking distance so we could buy necessities. We stayed 4 nights but the floors were not really cleaned. Concierge staff were helpful as they helped call our driver when he was late and didn't charge us for it. They also gave recommendations on where to eat. Overall, it was an okay place to stay.

Small rooms but convenient location

the smart room we booked was really small with no dressing table. the sink was outside the toilet, something you won't notice from the hotel website pics. toilet had a strange smell. there was a baby cockroach in the room.although breakfast ends at 10am, when we went at 9am, there was almost nothing left. location of hotel is within walking distance to jalan riau (heritage, the summit). hotel staff is friendly and helpful and very smiley.
