Great stay overall! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was really delicious with plenty of variety. The room was spacious and comfortable, with lots of pillows provided – loved it!
A few small things could be improved: the bathroom amenities were limited (soap dispenser not working well, little foam and not much fragrance) and the shower head could use an upgrade for a better shower experience. Also, access to the lobby was a bit inconvenient since we had to go through the basement parking first.
Other than that, everything else was excellent. Definitely would love to come back!

Beautiful and pleasant hotel. Staff is friendly, helpful and accommodative. In-room dining was also a good experience, with tasty and affordable food. Only the aircond circulation was a bit warm and insufficient to be felt from on the bed. And shower cubicle smelled a bit odd but bearable.

Excellent customer service! All staff in general, and shout out especially to Rizki at the reception desk who assigned us room with wonderful view, and Aulia at the breakfast room who went extra mile to respond to our feedback on salty food and spoiled fruit, and talked to the chef. The day after these things improved. Wonderful!
The hotel has very strange interior decor, including a strange stuffed animal sitting on top of a bean bag in the room. The room was generally very clean, however the tile floor in the bathroom was recessed and it was clear this had not been scrubbed or mopped in some time, which was very disappointing. Additionally, there were not enough elevators for the large number of people staying in the hotel, which meant you need to wait for up to 5 minutes to go down to breakfast or leave. The front desk was only manned by one person when I left and I was in a hurry to reach my train back to Jakarta, but the person remained on the phone for ages before acknowledging me. A second staff member would have really helped in this situation (especially since the breakfast appeared to have more staff than was needed). Regarding the breakfast you had to wait for a staff member to approach you in order to get a coffee. This meant that on the second day I went without. Finally the complex where the hotel is located shares a building with the next door Pullman Hotel and a convention centre. The layout of the building is so overly complex and labyrinthine that it took me 20 minutes to find the pedestrian exit to the street my first night at the hotel, and I got lost inside the building multiple times trying to find one spot or another.
