Made our girls getaway special

r stay was amazing, I took my 15-year-old daughter for our very first girls trip to Banff and this hotel was above and beyond all our expectations! The service was amazing, The room was clean and well layed out. Its within close walking distance to the main street whixh was very handy. The hot tub was so fun, The facilities were clean and the feeling of sitting in an underground yet open air cave was a very cool experience, We absolutely would stay there again

Pros-Location was great. Rustic feel. Staff was very helpful. Public transportation stop right outside hotel. Very walkable to downtown. Cons-noisy, walls between rooms were thin. Could hear neighbors next door/upstairs. Single bed room was quite small. Only one machine for whole complex. No way to keep drinks cold in room, I.e. small refrigerator in room. Elevator always smelled like exhaust and made some not so confidence instilling sounds when approaching a few of the floors.
