"The rooms are huge, functional but nothing fancy. Balconies are a work in progress. The highlight is the "service"- the staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and special. "Where do I start?.. 1. Not for one second did the wifi work for me, i had to use 4G the whole time I was there 2. The toilet in my room (311) was installed in a tilted manner. When you sit on it, you will realize you are slanted. 3. They threw a wild rager party on the weekend. But this went on till 3.30am and was extremely loud!! The thumping was heard loudly all the way to the 3rd floor. Guests gathered in the hallways complaining about this noise. Complaints started at 1am but the party...
