The hotel is very close to MRT Hua Lamphong. It's clean though not spotless. There are no windows. The toilet floor tiles can be slippery when wet. I slid twice and luckily didn't get hurt. The breakfast buffet is worth it for 250 THB, you'll be so full that you can skip lunch or dinner. The elevator could be confusing at first but then you'll get the hang of it after a while.

I have stayed here many times, I like the hotel, the location is excellent, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, I always opt for Asian food which tastes amazing... The staff have always been helpful and friendly.

The view from our suite was amazing, our room was spacious and amply appointed, breakfast was wonderful, the staff are helpful, polite and very willing to please. The steam room and sauna are not working.
