Room is so clean. Staffs are very kind and nice. I love that they have sharing space on the 1st floor, also have cafe and restaurant that wI could order and eat at the table, or let them bring to the room.

room is dusty bathroom small window partially broken and no screen for mosquitos or bugs room was tiny as well as bathroom way too small with shower above toilet, no toilet paper provided overall a ok room for one day stay nothing more better options out there.

Don Muang is a regional airport. Serves a lot of mainlanders. They were shocked to see me. Very rude. I must be the wrong demographic. Front desk needs to learn some manners.

A very good budget hotel for a short period stay. The balcony is a bit misleading though. It wasn’t really a balcony. You also have to inform them that you need housekeeping or else they wouldn’t clean your room at all. The staff was very friendly though and they had essential goodies sold in the lobby. They also sell beer 24 hours so I liked that. The heater doesn’t work so well but we managed with the water temperature. Their TV has Netflix so that’s also a plus if you like to watch movies during your stay.

1) Room was much smaller than it looked like in the advertised pictures. 2) There was strong, stinky smell in the room. 3) AC didn't work and it was terribly hot & humid. We ended up leaving the property and checked in at another hotel for the night.

Okay hotel

I liked the location in regards to the proximity to government offices in Chaeng Wattana. Room was comfortable, but shower was not cleaned so well. Service was average at best. Many times we asked for things and never got the service after they said it would be brought by later.

vi hade sen ankomst vid midnatt och ville bara sova 3-4 timmar. Tog tid vid incheckning, kunde inte ha spänning i rummet direkt och rummet var med mycket myggor. Det påstoods att vi inte hade frukost inkluderat. Jag kollade efterhand och jag såg att det var inkluderat.

First of all, I love the cleanliness and very good scent of the room. Receptions and staff are very helpful and friendly. Food in the dining was good as well. Although, there was false fire alarm at around 3AM, they made sure that all was well and apologized for the inconvenience. It’s understandable as there was a notice (saw before checking out) in front of the elevator that “due to new fire alarm installation in every floor, alarm might go off from time to time. There’s also 7-ELEVEN 2-3 mins walk near the hotel. All in all it’s very comfy to stay for a day or two.

The attached cafe for morning coffee was terrible- the coffee was terrible and the server was unfriendly and unhelpful. The hotel is fine for a quick overnight stay but nothing more. It is noisy with people coming and going at all times. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. It was a bare basic minimum night stop hotel.
