The hotel was very clean and the staff was excellent. It was in a somewhat remote location, and transportation was needed to enjoy Bangkok's famous nightlife. Also there was no restaurant in the hotel although the rooms do have small refrigerators. The rooms could have used a microwave in them. I enjoyed my stay overall.

The service was amazing, everyone was super helpful. The only ossue i had is the lack of hairdrier and a comunal iron. Otherwise, great value for money

Awesome hotel with good location
This is the third time for me to stay at Aim House. The location is the best advantage as the hotel is within a reasonable walking distance to Grung Thonburi BTS and Icon Siam. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and definitely value for money.

the room is next to the elevator and walls are very thin can hear a pin drop in the room next door and everyone coming and going... worst night sleep ever

The property is in a narrow street but very convenient to walk to shopping mall by waterfront get Tuk Tuk to any where and staff were very helpful I did e/mailed them that I will be late check in they responded very fast . Room was very clean all tile, we asked for taxi the day check out was on time there at 6:00 am . I will stop by again there and the price is right you get more then your money worth . Thank you all

The room size was large, but it lacked a microwave and the shower did not drain properly. The sound of neighboring guests could also be heard when they opened and closed their door or were talking in an adjacent room. The refrigerator and air conditioning were noisy at times throughout the night, which caused me to wake up a few times. Aim House is still a lower cost option for the budget traveler.

I love the hotel. Our room was really big. We really enjoyed resting at the hotel. It is so close to the beach. If you need to go to the bathroom, we return to the hotel and return to the beach. The buffet was so delicious. My only complaint is the room doesn't have microwave.

Not a good check in experience
Turned up after long flight from UK to get to hotel wanting a nice shower and sleep to be told in arrival that the superior room was fully booked, that they was going to put me in Suite but that was booked too, So they downgraded me ! They refunded the difference and asked me if I was happy with this!? I was like No why would I be happy with this, They then said some snacks had been put in room as compensation (Two cokes and two bags of crisps) I was too tired to even argue I just accepted room, In end it was not a bad room for the price, Good location 5 minutes walk to BTS train station.

Modern, unhelpful receptionist, close to BTS
Staff: Receptionist during the day has a flat affect (no smile or emotion) and not helpful. We asked for information on how to get our next destination and she unwilling gave us generic information. Housekeeping is very friendly. Night receptionist greeted us with smiles and helpful. Location: The hotel is outside of the tourist area but close to the BTS (public transportation). We felt safe in the area walking at night. Restaurants and market is a short walk. There is a 7-11 next to the hotel. Room: The room is comfortable and spacious. The bathroom gives off a sewage order at times. There is hot water and water pressure is good. There is a lock box and closet. There is also a bench and a vanity area. It is also modern and clean. The lighting in the room is a little dim.
