Room was really good, very specious, clean, great location with a helpful staff. Breakfast amazing, lots of many varieties in the basement with a under water background design. Massive fish tank make a great view. Highly recommend place to stay. View from swimming pool a bit disappointment

Breakfast wasn’t bad except coffee from machine was always cold and machine needs to be upgraded to a better one. The suite we stayed in was very spacious and clean, but towels are very worn out. Location was perfect, only a few minutes walk Huaie Khwang station. Staff were all nice and friendly. Overall, we had a lovely stay at Amaranta and the rates are very reasonable.

Small but nice hotel

Nice and helpful staff, we visiting this hotel every year. Nearby a lot cheap massage, cheap and tasty street food stores as well as Chinese restaurants. They even decorated the room and sent a cake for my husband’s birthday, so sweet, thank you. Will visit again next year.

All staff very respectful and helpful . Treated very well and atmosphere was very peaceful. Breakfasts were excellent and staff went out of their way to make sure you had an enjoyable experience. One server even brought me coffee outside after breakfast so I could smoke and enjoy the weather with my morning coffee. She was outstanding. All staff made sure my every waking moments were perfect. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and the way I was treated . I even stating for two more days here at the hotel because of the royal treatment i experienced. Definitely the number one hotel in Bangkok and would recommend anyone expecting proper and professional treatment to stay here. My room was always cleaned and made up with care and expertise. Even with the language barrier, I was always helped and steered in the right direction. The Sunday night seafood buffet was out of this world and should not be missed. To add my final comment, I felt like I was home in Canada and wished I could stay here for ever. Glen Brown

The hotel was smaller but very cute and very clean. I love the larger open bathtub. The best part of the trip was our concierge person, Lay. He’s was so warm, welcoming and insanely helpful. He made our stay even better. And def much easier to figure out for our first few days.

Nice & Decent Hotel

Not the 1st time staying here, always greeted by all the staff with smile. Is good hearing from reception saying 'welcome back', make 1 feel back home. Room was always clean and this hotel is not far from the night market. Can easily get food or drink within walking distant. The only down side will be the bed, perhaps is time to make replacement. Definitely will be back again.

The staff and service were wonderful, the breakfast buffet was delicious. David was very helpful and even walked my cell phone over to me after I checked out and left. Arty and Nammon were really helpful.

The staff were helpful and amazingly friendly to us even though we did not speak the language.food was very variable and tasty with many specific thai recipes. The 8th floor swimming pool was a big attraction and we often spent time in the afternoons at the hotel cafe on 1st floor. Lastly although Bangkok is a very busy city the situation of the Amaranta hotel is ideal for city access/amenities

A great boutique hotel with helpful, friendly staff. The updated control panel for almost everything in room was excellent. Ate in their restaurant/aquarium one night and food was delicious. Roof pool smaller than expected, but no problems as well maintained.

Good enough but a little rundown

Good enough but a little rundown and in need of a refresh. Staff were accommodating. Room was spacious, but some stains on the sofa, and a hair. Breakfast was just ok. Restaurant served mediocre Thai food.
