Property is in a very dodgy part of town, do yourself a favour and stay on the other side of the main road toward Kaosan if you can. We locked (and double checked) our room when heading out and came back to the door completely open and left this way by someone, when we complained (as we had valuables in our room) staff didn't seem to care. The hallways smelled of sewerage for some reason which was pretty off-putting. Room was noisy at night from street noise and the property bar downstairs. Wouldn't stay here again.

場所がとっても便利です!　ドンムアン空港からのバス停（終点・王宮前広場）に近い。色々な観光地に近い。大きな通りに出てタクシーも捕まえやすい。　周辺には路上に食べ物屋が並ぶのでそれが良かった!　設備・備品は値段なりです。

Everything in the accommodation are nice by overall, but there is bad environment around the area and i feel unsafe when take a walk to the hotel in the night alone.

From the minute we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The facilities were clean, our needs were quickly met and we had access to many of Bangkok's beautiful offerings.

Highly recommended!

Great place! The inside looks like a beach house from California. The room was very clean and comfortable. The best part was the service. We were allowed to check in without extra cost at 6am!! Plus the awesome man who works the counter also helped us wash our laundry and got us set up with a taxi at 2am to the airport on our last day. Plus, this hotel is a short walk to the party road but is far enough away to not hear any noise.

Hotel Top Umgebung?

Die Umgebung reißt mich nicht vom Hocker. Scheint der Straßenstrich für die Einheimischen zu sein. Das Hotel selbst ist in Ordnung und würde da auch wieder übernachten. 10 Minuten Fussweg zur Khao San.

Top Lage- nur über die Hauptstraße zur KoSan Rd. (Zimmer trotzdem ruhig) und wenige Gehminuten zum Koenigspalast. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Worst hotel surroundings with no elevator.

In the middle of old town Bangkok so it was so easy to go to Khoa Sarn road, like 5 minutes walking distance, and also all the beautiful temples and important stops in the area, Grand Palace, Wat Phra Khow etc. However, outside of the hotel is full of street people and “women” day and night. And the area is very dirty. I found one cockroach in the washroom after 10 minutes of first enter the room. Hotel doesn’t have elevator and the stairs are very steep, also the hotel staff didn’t offer any help with our bags. You have to inform the fornt desk if you need your room to be cleaned. They also operate the pub on first floor but it didn’t bother us since we were on 4th floor and could barely hear anything. I would not recommend this hotel if you want something more fancy atmosphere but if you just want a good night sleep to start your day in Phra Nakorn and don’t mind all those people and area, this is a place for you!

카오산이랑 가깝고 근처에 편의점도있어 좋습니다. 또 프론트 아저씨도 친절합니다. 근데 방 화장실 수압이 너무약하고 바닥으로 물이새서 수건으로 항상 막아둬야했습니다. 이거빼고는 가성비 굿

Truly a 2 start hotel

The included breakfast was a make your own coffee pot with 2 bananas. The climb to the 4th floor was a bit hard if your not super young. The hotel staff didn't show us to our room, didnt let us know we had to request room service and also woke us up early in the morning because they mistook am and pm. Laundry facilities are on the street outside the hotel which is completely inconvenient. There are similar hotels/hostels in area with better amenities and services. Also, the shower is a bit weird as it's in the bathroom, you have to step through the shower to use the toilet.

Ok för priset

Mitt i stan. Nära till Khaosan Rd. Slottet, och Wat Poh. Ingen mat fast det står det. Trappor, vi låg på 4de våning, gjorda för bergsgetter. Toa/duschen stank mögel. Stenhårda sängar, som vanligt i Thailand iof. Väldigt tyst ställe. Mycket trevlig personal. På det hela taget ok ställe, man åker ju inte till Thailand för att sitta på hotellet.
