Staff is welcoming and accommodating. The room was always replenish with water and coffee everyday. The location is ideal if you are willing to walk 15 minutes. Less than a 2 minute walk from the property is a 7 eleven, 3 restaurant, and a dispensary. If you walk 5 minutes there are more restaurants, another 7 eleven, and massage parlors. If you walk 15 minutes there is the Lumphini MRT station that also connects to One Bangkok. Would definitely stay here again.

Extremely spacious room with all amenities provided (cookingware, etc). Made me feel like being home away from home, and location was extremely convenient for all my activities. Taxis and motorcycle taxi is available right at the entrance, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

設備は古いですが清潔感がありました。 ドアの鍵は、1つでドアチェーンようなものはありません。受付の脇を通ってカードキーで入口に入る、受付付近や見通しの効く駐車場には一定時間スタッフが常駐しているので対策はとられていると感じました。 毎日　水とインスタントコーヒー、トイレットペーパーの追加、タオルの交換、ゴミの回収がありました。 ボディソープとシャンプー、食器洗い洗剤はありました。手を洗うせっけん、リンス、キッチンペーパーは購入しました。 数件先に、セブンイレブンと小さいフレッシュマートという食料品店があり、生活雑貨から生鮮食品まで購入できます。 駅まではクロントーイの方が少し近いようですが、ルンピニに出る方が表通りにでれば道なりで大きな通りを横切らないので歩きやすいです。確かに蒸し暑いのでちょっと遠いですが、表通りの屋台をのぞいたりしながら歩きました。 ホテル代の決済が済んでいても、チェックイン時にデポジットで1000バーツのキャッシュがいります。両替していなかったので困りましたが、外出して両替するまで待っていただけました。 ４泊しましたが、もっとゆっくりしたかったです。

조용하다. 주변에는 편의시설이 거의 다 있다고 봐도 된다. 식당, 편의점, 신선마트, 마사지샾등이 있다. 직원들은 친절하다. 방은 너무 좋다. 딱히 문제라고 할만한 점이 없다. 가끔 개소리가 크게 들린다는 점을 제외하면 별 문제는 없다.

レセプションの方も親切で、簡素ながら部屋も綺麗でした。 立地は、コンビニが隣にあるのはとても便利でしたが、駅から歩くのには少し遠く、タクシーで行き先を告げてもなかなかわかってもらえないことが難点でした。

We love the balcony space and how the breakfast got served in room! Tasty local and international food. Clean and warm at heart! I mean it is just like a home in BKK! Perfect for our family with a kitchen! We did some homecooked food and enjoyed eating in a balcony! Good location!! Easy to get taxis or GRAB anytime!! Downtown area in a charming neighbourhood! We loved the spa and street food nearby. 7-11 is just next to the apartment!

The location is a 4.5/5, with the deduction from it being a little bit away from the main street (Rama 4, if I remember correctly). However, it is located in a safe and very walkable neighborhood with a few minutes drive to all major shopping malls in downtown Bangkok (Siam Paragon, Central World, IconSiam, etc). We took the subway once, but Bangkok was very hot and the walk to the subway was about 12 minutes, so I would recommend getting a taxi due to the building having taxis right at the doorstep. All in all, very convenient for business trips since it is located in CBD and very convenient to get around. Room was also very spacious for our family of 5, and extra points to the place for providing us with a baby crib!

The room was more spacious than anticipated. Every thing was exactly like the pictures. I was very impressed that cookingware was provided (very rare in other places)! Location was superb, because it was only 5 minutes from Rama 4 road. Taxi/motorcycle taxis were plentiful in front of the building, and the subway was only a 5 minute ride away. Loved the convenience of the location, and there were both restaurants and streetfood around! Can totally say that this place is VERY well located and in central CBD Bangkok, and would definitely recommend to my other colleagues (or anyone else for that matter)! Cheers!
