The property was clean, and the front desk people were very helpful and spoke english. It is close to the train night market which was nice. I just wish our shower curtain and shower walls were washed a bit more throughly.
The hotel was close to my hospital location. The bed was not comfortable but everything else was good. The buffet breakfast was also good. Overall the hotel was an excellent value!
The language barrier with front desk makes simple request become pain. The hotel bed felt like concrete. Since The most hotel reviews was made 4 years ago , and it seems to be great , I booked for 12 night . But I left on 7th nights With no refunds .. .I got to get new mattress to place on top of the bed hotel or there is no way in hell you can rest to sleep .. the WiFi is bad. Not stable . The breakfast not friendly to westerner .. no carpet in room too .. seems like 2 star hotel when it claim as 5 star .. sorry for my honesty.
We arrived at the hotel late at night and upon checking in we entered the room and it was so old and furniture looked unclean. The beddings were dirty and the airconditioning made noise. The bed was like rock solid. I had booked the hotel for 5 nights however i checkout the very next day and went to another hotel. The money was ofcourse not refunded. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointed

no hot water
hot water in shower did not work, rained hard and water leaked in through window
This is a horrible hotel. It's 21st century and such a big hotel does not have reliable wifi. We had to call a technician and move room 4 times just to get a signal - just not good enough. The 4th room was like a sauna and the aircon was faulty - it took 5 hours to get to a reasonable temperature. The bathroom was dirty and the toilet didn't flush. I requested a late checkout as I had a late flight but had to pay an extra 1000THB. The hotel is NOT near the airport - it is a 30 minute taxi ride. The hotel is on a very busy road with nothing of interest nearby - the closest restaurant is at Big C about 25 minute walk across a footbridge. An aweful experience at a rundown dump. I will never return and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Bay hotel
Nice clean place and value for money. However, was a bit misleading with Suvannaphumy airport tagged at the end, as it is more than 30 Km away.

Near to the airport
The hotel is close to the airport, very convenient. Room is wide enough and clean. Room rate is very low & reasonable. Wireless wifi is a bit poor, connection is rather bad. Others are all OK for me.
be sure to visit the lounge on the 5th. floor,there is no need to leave this Hotel.Everything you need is provided here and everyone is friendly.I will stay there again next time i'm in Bangkok.

The best thing I can say about
The best thing I can say about this hotel is that the room was spacious. Otherwise this is strictly a 2.5 star, despte what it might claim. It was in the middle of nowhere, with traffic at least 40 minutes from the airport (don't believe what they tell you on the website). There are a lot of better value hotels closer to the airport if you want something for transit and I can't for the life of me think of any other reason you might want to stay there.
Petit déjeuner décevant,propreté, mon dentifrice avait disparu acheté la veille je l’ai retrouvé dans le couloir avec le linge sale, la chambre était nettoyé tout les jours mais pas correctement

besöket överensstämmde inte med beskrivningen av hotellet och det hade nog haft sina bättre glansdagar, som det såg ut på bilderna. efter ett dygns resande var det inte vad vi förväntat oss på vår genomresa för vidare transporter dagen efter
Hotellet opplyser at det ligger 300 m fra flyplassen. Vær klar over at det betyr 30-40 min taxitur. Ellers et helt greit og rimekig alternativ hvis man skal fly videre neste morgen. Bra rom, seng, bad og utsikt. Litt enkel frokost, men OK ettter prisen.
