The room was clean and spacious for 3 people (mom and 2 adult daughters). There was hot water for shower, plenty of clean towels, and bottled drinking water was provided everyday. Both the cleaning crew and front desk staff were always helpful.

I would totally stay here again. Came with my sister, and my 14 and 17 yo sons. We loved it. Large suites. Quiet pool. Amazing restaurants close by. All the drivers and your buses knew where we were staying. Great cost. Will return.

Would Stay Again

Hot showers, WiFi, comfy beds make for a good place to lay your head. Also had an electric kettle and dorm size fridge. No complaints just a suggestion of having two garbage cans for bath and living area. Grab was easy to grab…and close to food and stores.

Spacious

Room was spacious 250+ square feet though with some traffic noise. There were plenty of furniture. Air conditioning worked well. Bed, pillows, blanket, were clean and comfortable. I didn't mind there were of couple of baby roaches at the base of the bathroom door. Towels were clean. I like the good-looking floors inside and outside the room. Food, drinks, train station were within 5-15 minutes walk. Safe area. It was unusual that they required a 1000 baht deposit on check-in.

Nice hotel but…

Boss Mansion looks great on the outside. It also looks great in the lobby and in the halls. However, it did not look great in our suite. We met Victor, I presume is the hotel manager, and he is a very nice guy, and easy to communicate with. It was also through him that we found out that they are going through some major renovations for the suites. It really would have been nice if we were told that our suite is one of the ones that needs to be updated. There is a small room just on the other side of the refrigerator, and I presume it is the kitchen or cooking space but it was a complete waste of space. It is completely unuseable is falling apart. On our second night there - that part you pull up on the shower…the handle, it broke from the spout and water went flying everywhere. One really good thing that I appreciate is how quick the maintenance help was they came in right away and fixed for us within 15 minutes. Overall, from what I have seen, this hotel is going to look amazing…in the future. The staff are super friendly and really helpful. It is also very central as you only have about a five minute walk to sky transit.

When I asked for a quiet room away from the street the person said that they are fully booked and if I don’t t like the room I can cancel the reservation, that was the first time in my life to get an answer like that
