Like: Friendly & helpful English speaking staff. Check in & out was a breeze. Beautiful arts. Dislike: A little tricky in getting the temperature right for shower as there was no markings of cold/hot on the taps. Walls are thin so can be quite noisy when neighbouring guests walk in & out of their rooms & don't keep their voices down.

The front desk stuff was the worst than in any hotel we ever stayed. They were not helpful at all, not even with the basic stuff like to help us with a taxi to the airport. It seemed like everything was bothering them, iritating them, they were not welcoming and have not smiled one time. Very depressed looking and overall ignoring receptionist, especially the one that checked us in. The room was clean, but that is what you expect from the hotel, to at least provide a clean bed and bathroom.

Not a good as it used to be.
Room air-con even though is set to 17 degrees couldn't get any colder. Requested 2nd room key card as we have 2 occupants. Reception states that hotel policies only allows 1 per room. If one person went out late, he couldn't enter the room or got to wake the person up. From my last stay here I believe there could have been a change of management. Things could be further improved. Last time my stay when it was still orange uniform is more enjoyable.

Very nice loft-style design, pretty close to last stop of BKK airport city train (15 min easy walking). But area is very noisy because of traffic. No quiet rooms at all.

Extremely responsive staff (requests fulfilled in minutes 24/7), comfortable facility and room, amazingly large shower in our king bed room (room 501), good range of amenities. Breakfast included in our package and included made to order hot meal enjoyed in first floor panoramic dining room on busy city corner. Not a buffet, but very good anyway. The same hotel restaurant offers 24/7 lobby meals or room delivery meals that are affordable and good. We also used coin washer and dryer on 4th floor that helped our stay. Style is a cool vibe most appreciated by youthful clients. Biggest negative is lack of parking or drive through for dropping off guests; best option seemed to be drop off and pick up on side street, which was also busy.

Self service laundry service is 50bhat, can change coins at the reception and he gave us free detergent too. Really nice room, big enough for a couple. No free toileteries but luckily I bought my own toothbrush so it’s fine for me. Only bad thing is the street u need to cross to get the cacha hotel. No traffic light for pedestrians

it is my 1st time book this hotel, location wise was far from bts, took about 20 mins or more to walk to platinum mall, thru and fro takes about 1 hours plus. shower head wasn't that good, otherwise all are good though there are some problems.

Overall a nice stay
Hotel room is clean, toilet and washroom is clean. Hotel location is easy to find but a bit difficult to get a grab or taxi just in front of the hotel, usually will need to walk a little bit as the hotel is located at a very busy street. Sound proof of the room is not so good, we can hear the vehicles passing by.

Grab car cant stop in front, very busy road. Room is very clean. Mattress is not very comfortable...squeaky. pillows to "fat". U might get a crick in the neck. Staff n restaurant great. Loved the ID in hotel . Suits younger people, i think...

It's cheap and it definitely worth the price! The staff is nice abd friendly the breakfast is nice and also the room even I chosen the one without window the room and bed and the big ass toilet are more than enough for two!

Great location
Good hotel for the price and location. Even though the air conditioner would freeze up at night. The lobby was cooler than our room but would still stay here again.

Traffic will keep you awake.
If you stay at this Hotel, stay in a room without a Window. The noise of the traffic will keep you awake. Their is nowhere for a taxi to stop. So you have to walk with your luggage.

Very good service provided by a male receptionist. 10mins walk to BTS and about 20mins walk to Platinum Fashion Mall. No food stalls outside hotel. Few local chi char stalls filled with crowd along the road to hotel but only open in the night. Taxi and tuk tuk is easy to get. Overall is a quiet vicinity with condo surroundings but safe to walk in the night as hotel is along the main road. Passing traffic noise can be heard in the room. Negative point - lights in the room are not bright enough.

its a nice art hotel, clean and comfortable. but there is 0 in service. front desk just check you in and check out, thats it. no personal touch. you get 2 free drinking water a day in your room. cleaners do a great job but not the reception. they do not bother you. pillow is bad. they really needs to change. wifi is good and strong.

- The girl at reception speaks English a little.... I'd asked for window to the garden, but they forgot. They didn't change a dirty foot towel in my room (4day-staying!). Really noisy inside and outside. Not good location, far from the centre. + Close to the Skytrain. Nice design of the hotel. Comfortable bed.

Reception ends at 12 midnight. First night no water in the showers, when we approach counter staff at 11.50 pm, he said engineer off duty, nothing they can do. Thus, imagine we cannot shower for first night. Offered another room, 303 to shower only in the morning. Horrific.

The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful as well as their guard. Everything is awesome. Just fridge is not provided and the BTS sky train is around 8mins far from the hotel. But the road is full with food stall and the food is awesome. The lady boss of the nearby noodle stall can speak hokkien very well who did help us a lot on transport information. Only the lil bad thing, Wifi is not function for two days. Definitely recommend this hotel to those traveller who won't mind to walk about 8-10mins to BTS station. You can also call for grab or über, driver will pick or drop around the hotel because there is a traffic light junction in front of the hotel which not that convenience for the driver to stop while.

Three nights became 5
We planned to spend three nights in Bangkok but quickly realised that we wanted to stay longer. We had no hesitation to stay at Cacha. Very industrial decor with fascinating art work. Very friendly staff, nice breakfast and decent sized clean rooms. Ten minutes walk from the BTS and about a 15 minute walk to the canal boat pier and Jim Thompson's house. Only downside was the traffic noise but this is Bangkok after all!! Would stay again.
