"This Hyatt Regency Hotel brand took over the formerly known hotel Novotel. The staff is extremely friendly, hospitable, and kind. The service is exceptional. Some rooms and hallways may need renovations. However, Hyatt Regency recently purchased in February 2025, please be patient as this hotel has potential. They are slowly renovating and improving the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located next to BKK airport. 24/7 every 10 minutes free shuttle to and from airport to hotel. The staff and is very knowledgeable and will assist with all matters. "

The location was perfect, close to many attractions and easy to get around. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with a good variety. "The hotel has remodelled and it shows. Great new set of rooms at reasonable prices. Pool, food and overall service is great, and the entire hotel is particularly clean, I could not find a dust or insect or anything to complain about. The room doors warp in the heat and some room doors stick some times, and do not automatically close when you leave the room as well as the cabinet doors inside the room that you really have to push, but I pointed it out and the front manager listened. New safe opens to the top and holds open and is easy to set and open. The location is central to to night life and to old style Bangkok shopping as well as Terminal 21 and centralwOrld where you will find everything you need. Litterally. The 7th floor of Terminal 21(Asok) is a food center with bargain local food as well international food (China/Japan etc). The spectacular bathroom fixtures make the waterfall shower really easy to set once and use every day with a touch of a single button. Each room type has a great set of furniture from work table to coffee table to a magnificent bed with a touch of perfumed linen. A lot of small details on top of the remodeled rooms, make this a 5 star facility I would come back to."

"The rooms are great, everything is comfortable and new. Service was superb, never waited for the front desk. Gym was amazing and the room was cleaned doesn't matter what time you left it. Pool area is beautiful and the hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and a mall comes full of endless food options. "

"We had a power outage on the 13 th August so ended up spending the day out. Hotel promised to compensate by giving us free breakfast for subsequent stay of 28-30 but they denied promising us the same. This is poor customer service. "
