The hotel really need to improve on the lighting in the room. Given that the hotel is near to Bitec, guests who stay here will be likely to visit exhibitions, which means that they will need to work in the rooms. The lighting is so poor, it makes it hard to read in the evenings. During our stay, it rained very heavily in the evening, and the roads around the hotel were flooded. We could not walk out to restaurants easily, but need to make big detours. The hotel although jaded, is kept very clean.

Overall, the hotel was OK. The positives, clean, modern, decent breakfast. The negatives, air cond filter was dirty (but self cleaning was simple), lacking hot water and it is a little difficult to access due to road works. Overall i would stay here again if i have to go bitec.

We chose this hotel because it was walking distance to a meeting my husband had. I had read the reviews which were not great but decided to book anyway. There was a used robe at the bottom of the wardrobe. A big spot on the bed linens and breakfast was cold eggs. Will not stay here again.

Very noisy and not very comfortable at all. One night the internet didn’t work and one morning they had a wedding downstairs which was terrible to wake up to. We didn’t enjoy our stay.

The lights would flicker after we shut them off, the ac dripped through the night and the restaurant was awful. Also we didnt get many towels or toilet paper had to ask for both. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Bad food, bad service & only a lobby to show off
Firstly the room I was given stank of damp and cigarettes. When I made them aware they moved me to a superior room. Later in the night, it became apparent the air conditioning unit made so much noise it was hard to sleep with it on. The facilities are aged and simple and not very warm and cosy. The aircon also leaked all the floor. Room service was pathetic and the worst club sandwich ever. In fact, when googling the worst pictures online of club sandwiches I couldn't even find one as bad as this. Two pieces of white bread with the crusts cut off and an egg with a piece of processed cheese. Totally laughable. The other food was bland and tasteless. Breakfast was also uninspiring and I left without having more than a cup of tea and an orange juice that wasn't even fresh. You get what you pay for but the only thing going for this hotel is the lobby which is nice. But unless your planning on sleeping there I would look elsewhere. Many other hotels for this price range that actually know the value of customer service and know how to maintain a hotel. I would not stay here again if it was free.

The hotel is clean and nice. Its restaurant serves delicious food at reasonable price. The hotel is a bit far from downtown but it is ok since it is close to BTS. My room was close to the road which is a bit noisy.

Great place for a better then average stay
Very clean, modern hotel with comfortable rooms, that have a king and twin bed. Breakfast simple but everything was good. location was quiet, and only a few blocks from the BTS train station, plus free parking. No irons available, but otherwise it was a better than average hotel especially at the price .

Just a bed
While the hotel is at a decent location the cleanliness is a big downside. You can literally scrape off dust from the furniture. And that’s just tip of the ice berg. Communication barrier is a big problem as most of the staff is not able to understand English and on top of it they would listen to you, promise that they are resolving the issue and would never return back.

Good hotel for airport .
Good clean hotel, close to the airport, near bts bearing, but not much around in this area, mainly condos and locals houses. I just stayed here as it was close to the airport for early morning but still possible to get into town with the bts.

Close to the Bearing Subway
The hotel lobby and restaurant was renovated nicely. Unfortunately the rooms are dated and need some repair. The hotel is clean by Thai standards. The hotel staff is nice and friendly. Don't expect too much and you won't be disappointed. We picked this hotel due to a friend's recommendation for an inexpensive hotel near a location we needed. The restaurant is over priced and the food served is mediocre in quality and taste.

Had an enjoyable 2 night solo stay. Reception was very tastefully decorated and well maintained. The rooms could benefit from some redecoration, especially the bathroom. However the room was comfortable and well-equipped for a couple of nights' stay and good value for money. The local area has many street food vendors and small supermarkets. Larger restaurants and bars would be a short taxi drive away.

Great lobby area and a good food hub.
The hotel lobby area and restaurant look like they've had a recent makeover. Very tastefully decorated. The welcome at reception was good - swift and efficient. The hotel can show up on the map as Soi 4, but it is actually Soi 6 so ignore the map and pay attention to the actual address! The room was huge, generally clean and very comfortable. Mine had a balcony (Not much of a view, but made the place light and airy). A bit more attention to detail and maintenance would really help the rooms to meet the standard of decor in the reception / dining area downstairs. Paint was peeling off the back of the bathroom door, one of the bedside lights didn't work.... small things which would really make a difference. The hotel is a little walk from the sky train, at the last stop. The res not much to see or do in that area, but you're only a short taxi ride from some great restaurants. All in all a great stay. Would definitely recommend based on value for money.
