Nicely maintained city hotel. Particularly liked the location in Silom next to public transportation (skytrain and subway) and the excellent breakfast offering and service. Hotel is on top of an office tower, hence all rooms have a nice view. Would stay here again.

A great 5 star hotel experience. Great Bathroom and shower and luxurious room interior with couch as well as an office space. Generous overall room size with a very comfortable bed. Fantastic Breakfast Buffet at a very good price. A great value for money stay and convenient to Sala Daeng Sky Rail Station

The hotel stay was good. The breakfast service was very good. Enjoyed the western and Asian breakfast spread. I found the mattress too soft. I had difficulty getting out of bed.

The "Tap It" bar had US prices even for Thai drafts. Plus, they ran out of everything except the Leo beer which is not good beer. They have a high end bar that is probably Japanese expensive. I realize vacationers will drink at one of the million bars on the street but for business, I usually invite customers for meetings at the hotel bar.

The hotel is walking distance from 2 train stations, one underground (can go to Chatuchak) and another train (going go Icon Siam or other places). It is also close to a night market. There are many restaurants, bars, convenience stores, pharmacy nearby. Really convenient. The breakfast buffet changes a bit everyday, so you can try new foods. The staff are really attentive and really great in their service, from the guard at the gate, to the front desk, to the restaurant crew, and lastly the cleaning staff. Everyone is great. What we loved about this hotel is that it has a smoking room. The room is very clean and does not smell bad. They also provide water bottles everyday. They also have a sauna, pool, and a gym.

The receptionist asked me to return to the Hotel to pick up the room key because the checking-in time is 2 pm and the league will also be delivered to my room. I think it is OK since I arrived Hotel earlier. But, when I returned to the Hotel at 3:30p, they returned the luggage to me and asked me to wait for a moment because my key was not ready which is not acceptable.

Ok but some service / room issues

Hotel was very nice in good location Breakfast was excellent along with hotel facilities but the two areas that were disappointing 1. The air con in the room was poor and I had to leave a spare key in slot all day just so the room was acceptable when I returned in evening.. using the temperature control panel made no difference to the temperature within room.. Not what you’d expect in a high end hotel The service in the Cigar bar area was very poor.. I ordered and drunk my first drink but no one came to ask if I wanted another drink, I was left sitting in the side room until I decided to leave.., again I didn’t expect this service level at Crowne Plaza hotel

室内は若干の年季が感じられますが、清潔に保たれています。部屋の窓が開けられないため、少々息苦しさを覚えることもありましたが、スタッフは皆親切丁寧で総合的にとても快適に過ごすことができました。
