Arrived early did not want to gv early even though I told them had to attend a funeral. Paid 1/2 day. Front desk totally not ready to listen next day such lovely so understanding realized I m 73 years old. Unbelievable service after the first day. Location brilliant. Smiling always.

The staff is helpful but not friendly. The room is pretty dated but clean and spacious. We like to stay here because of the location and they have nice big gym. I didn’t get the room upgrade as promised on the website.

My stay started off terrible but improved. I had emailed and asked a ton of questions before booking the hotel. I arrived late at night bevause of my flight arrival time. They knew of my arrival time. When I get there Iwas assigned a room on the 35th floor. I noticed the elevator was painfully slow and without air conditoning. As the doors open off the elevator I notice the strong stench of ciggerette smoke. I then open the room and it stinks of ciggerettes. I wont even put my things down and proceeed back to the elevator area and wait 7 minutes for an elevator because only 2 of the 3 are working. It turns out they neglected to mention in my numerous questions about any remodeling going on that the elevators are being replaced until October 2024. I go back down exhausted and sweaty and the front desk attendant informs me they no longer have any of the room type I booked except smoking rooms. Am I offered a complimentary upgrade ? Of course not. I am offfered a down grade for the same price. I agree to sleep there one night as it was late and my reservation was for a week but said I wouldn't stay there the full week. I was assured not a problem and talk to the front desk in the morning. It was a problem and I had to argue and I lost the entire next day having to argue why they needed to move me..Its not 5 star service. I had numerous service issues the entire stay. The concierge will not help you with anything relevant. Housekeeping is good. Location good. Service not good.
