The staff were superb! I believe the manager could easily upgrade the hotel by changing the flooring, especially the carpet at the reception. The breakfast was good, and the location is great.

I have stayed here a few times now. The hotel is good quality and in a great location. Good value for money and the staff are very helpful. Breakfast is good too but it is more cost effective to eat outside at the local restaurants.

Right in the thick of it, but quiet enough

Very nice hotel. Artistically designed, with clean, comfortable rooms. The location is perfect all that Sukhumvit has to offer. An easy walk to Soi Cowboy or the many bars on the surrounding Sois. But also easy access to Terminal 21 and the BTS.

I had booked 3 rooms here for my family and all of us had a wonderful stay. Breakfast was excellent, Room was very clean with no odours, along with very comfortable beds and linens. All staff we encountered were always courteous. The street was quiet and a short walk to the BTS, Terminal 21 or Soi 11 if you want some noise. Will certainly stay again.

This was my third time staying here. Very nice stay, great breakfast and entry to Benjakitti Park is just a straight walk down the street, staff very friendly, very close to my gym Jetts Fitness which is across from Terminal 21 where I eat my lunches at Fuji Restaurant. Location of hotel is perfect for my shopping, dining and exercise.

It is always a pleasure staying at Galleria 10 in Bangkok. Very friendly and serviceminded staff making the stay smoother than silk. Poolarea has been updated and the sun is never blocked by any other building which is common in Bangkok.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Nana subway & easy to navigate around the other places of interest. Very interesting activities around the area. The walking journey back along the alley can be quite quiet. Staff were very friendly. Cleanliness was acceptable. Will choose to visit again.
