Location is good and hotel facilities are very nice. There is a Seven eleven near the hotel. We asked extra bed, but actually we did not use it as the beds are big enough to sleep with my 14 years old son. The hotel is not so big compared to the other Hilton, but all good.

Amazing shower!

Great hotel with a very good location. Close to rail line (air conditioned trains) and also close to great restaurants and shopping centre. The staff were great and everything met my expectations and more. The standout for me was the best showerI have ever had at the many hotels I have stayed at around the world - it was very good in layout and shower - sometimes it’s the small things that makes a stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel.

フロントが少なくて電話をかけても誰も出ない。室内の使用方法の説明が無い、分からないからフロントへ行ってスタッフ派遣をお願いしたがなかなか来ない。部屋のライトが壊れていた。バスルームの水が外に漏れてしまう。食事の味と同等クラスのホテルと比べると数段落ちます。ラウンジは普通でした。ロビーのエアコンがきいておらずとても暑い。タイではよくあることだがヒルトンの名前のホテルとしては残念でした。フロントスタッフからの詫びの手紙とフルーツを貰ったのが唯一の救いです。

Hyvä businesshotelli hyvällä paikalla

Mukava hotelli hyvällä paikalla. Aamiaisen taso oli vähän laskenut mielestäni. Mehukonetta ei enää ollut, mutta minulle valmistettiin tuoreista hedelmistä joka aamu kuitenkin smoothie. Uima-allas oli kiinni kun tulin, mutta sain käyttää viereisen hotellin allasta, joka oli paljon parempi! Oikein hyvä ja ystävällinen henkilökunta

Le séjour était agréable... Hormis que la piscine était en réfection, nous n'étions pas prévenu, sinon nous aurions choisi un autre hôtel..;

The location is convenient, but it is easy to get stuck in traffic! The service is friendly, but some facilities are inconvenient, for example, the water bottles provided are reusable glass bottles, which are impossible for tourists to carry out!
