The room was very clean and the staff were absolutely lovely - always very helpful and friendly. They have lots of great amenities like a pool and gym. The location is also perfect as it is close to the skytrain. The only downside was some construction noise outside but they had warned people about it. So it is fine as long as you are out for most of the day.

Very disappointing experience. This place falls far short of its reputation and the prices it charges. The service is extremely poor. Sometimes there was no bartender available at all, and on one occasion the entire area was closed off. For a venue that presents itself as prestigious, this is simply unacceptable. I also had issues with billing. I was charged for drinks I had not consumed, while items included in my ticket were not properly provided. You have to check your bill carefully and ask for what you are entitled to receive. The breakfast was absolutely disgusting: artificial, chemical-tasting and completely unacceptable for the price. What makes it even worse is that I paid for it and was not given my breakfast on one of the days. On another day, after asking for a change, I was served half an egg with some salad. Honestly, are guests supposed to be rabbits? This is ridiculous, especially when you have already paid for your meal. At these prices, you expect excellent service, quality food, attentive staff and transparent billing. Unfortunately, the experience does not justify the cost at all. There are surely other places offering equally beautiful views at much lower prices, with friendlier staff, better food and far more professional service. I would not recommend this place and will not return.
