Great time at Villa de Pranakorn

I had a great time staying at Villa de Pranakorn. The staff were friendly and helpful and my room was clean and spacious with a huge king-sized bed! It's in a great location - a lot of the tourist sites are close by but also the local restaurants offer amazing value too.

Beautiful oasis in the heart of Bangkok

My husband and I stayed here for part of our honeymoon. The staff was all SO friendly and welcoming, and made our room look special upon arrival. I found the bed and linens to be really comfortable, and I will be the first to say I am very particular about my bed. The hotel breakfast was so delicious - we ordered the American breakfast each day, and especially loved the fresh fruit. The hotel also offers room service and in-room massage packages. We loved how easy it was to walk to the different Wats from the hotel, and still get away from the noise and bustle of the busy streets. I highly recommend staying at Villa de Pranakorn!

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff were extremely welcoming and were constantly making sure that I had everything I needed. Even at 12 midnight they were available to help me if I needed something. The food was amazing and the hotel room itself was very spacious and luxurious.

We stayed for 3 nights in June 2025. The staff were brilliant and the location is very central to everything. Everything was a 10minute trip or walk. The water pressure was quite low, if that is something that effects your choice… there was also a lot of construction going on out the front of the hotel during our stay which wasn’t great for the atmosphere. It did not affect our sleep at all.

An excellent experience! Every staff member was warm, and gracious. The area is extremely walkable and centrally located. The meals at the hotel were excellent. Overall, a very, very nice stay.

Rooms need a little upgrading but fine for a few nights. Conveniently located to Chinatown and temples but a Grab / taxi ride to other neighborhoods. Not really a walkable city..too big for that and hot and humid. Staff are kind and helpful.

I had a perfect stay at Villa de Pranakorn. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel and rooms are comfortable and in great condition. Breakfast was good and hotel is well situated to reach major sites quickly. Street is relatively quiet but great food options near by.

We stayed for two nights in the Villa de Pranakorn. Really close to the old town highlights - temples, markets, museums all a short walk away. Plus the boutique nature of the hotel adds a certain charm. We stayed in a deluxe room - comfortable bed and well appointed. The hotel also has a small gym and courtyard pool which is adequate for its size. Breakfast was limited, but perfectly adequate.

Great option for a stay in the old city section. 5-8 min walk to the closest MTR station. Also short walking distance to the Khon theatre (don’t miss this after Grand Palace visit as it’s part of the ticket) and Golden Mount (across from which we had the best coffee of our stay). Decent restaurants and great “street food” choices nearby. We had a room on the canal side which was very quiet. In Dec 2024 there is construction ongoing (to extend the underground MTR) in the area making it less walkable but the city had staff at each intersection to assist with pedestrian crossing.

Very nice hotel - with charming service people and a cute and clean pool. Distance to China Town and Great Palace Wat Pho/ Arung also very close - only one Metro Station. Unfortunately at the time of our stay there was street maintenance happening close by -> walk to the next Metro was short but along loud street work.
