Book a premium deluxe room for 7 nights. Only one card key per room without negotiation, stated by the upnose front desk female supervisor . ( all rooms are fully booked and hotel new policy only one room per card key). Solved your problems , not their if there are 2 guest going different location.. Furthermore, lobby door has to activate by card key. No coffee table and water kettle is leaking.Hot shower water is cold.Stand and drink or eat your beverage. While watching tv. Think twice b4 booking. Unless desperate for the hote location near the BTS. l As a hotel guest, should desrved a good service not at their poor service mangement.

My sliding door would shut and the doors to the room were hard to shut. The sink was barely connected to the wall and blinds were breaking.

Great location, service and facilities
The hotel has a great location! The access to the BTS makes the whole of BKK available to you right at your footsteps. I booked the larger room, and it was worth it. The pool has a treat view. Service is great!
