The hotel and staff were amazing! There is a 7-Eleven right next door, and the hotel is located near mall, restaurants, and more. The breakfast buffet had many options to choose from as well. I was on the 16th floor and the AC, water pressure, and hot water all worked great.

The noice pollution from the near trafik streets can be a but too much , so it's rekomended that you buy some ear plugs if you are the kind that needs a bit more quite. The room it's what you expect, nice firm bed a small screen smart TV , that's fiddly if you want to connect a hdmi to it . The view is nice from the window, wish i hade a bit bigger window. The overall quality of the service is great , super nice staff and every service minded. What annoyed me to some part is to gain acesses to the gym or pool there was a fee of 500 Bth and you got that back as a one use coupon for buying drinks and

The pillows could be better. They should not be too old. Mine smelled a little. Also, 2 pillows each should be standard. The entrance door should be looked at for all rooms. They don't close tight without either slamming the door or pulling it shut with the handle. One room opposite ours did not bother to shut their door properly and the alarm kept me awake.
