I was part of the Executive Club which gave many benefits that I normally have to pay for. The staff were the best I have ever experience. The maid service (a girl with braces) called me by my name after my second day and went out of her way to greet me daily. What I didn't like was the pool area. The pool area needed to be upgraded with fixing the potted tree's and tiles around the pool area. The two people caring for the plants were great. They took great care in what they were doing. A definite come back to hotel. Thank you

Well located hotel in the heart of Bangkok. The staff at the JW Marriott went out of their way to ensure our stay was great. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, it’s not often nowadays that you get such good quality food in a buffet.
