Clean, quirky and friendly
Quirky and a little kitch in the best way. Easy walking distance to the ferry to get further into the city while being a little bit quieter for a good nights sleep. The staff are friendly and helpful. Also in case you were wondering the round bed is very comfortable 😁

Good funky hotel but very poor hospitality
Hotel with interesting design, but lack hospitality and customer services. No greeting upon checking in. No offer to help with luggage. Through out my 2-day stay, every time I walked past the reception there was no "hello", no "good morning", etc. When checking out, no farewell, no thank you, and again no offer to call a taxi, no offer to help with luggage. Hospitality and customer services simply did not exist.

This is a good place to stay at in Bangkok. The rooms are nicely designed and there's a laundry area upstairs - the set of airline seats that have been placed here for guests amused me. The staff are incredibly helpful and went out of their way to help me make an international call. The cafe at the front does a brilliant breakfast and at a discount for hotel guests. Close to the Saphan Taksin BTS station, I'd recommend it.

absolutely loved this place. convenient, right next to 7/11 and supermarket with street stalls selling yummy food. super close to a train, ferry AND bus stop. Staff were so nice, and there was a lovely little chill area outside. 10/10 would stay again

Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t see what other people see in this property. The staff are decent. Theyre not great and theyre not bad. Theyre just “blah.” None of them speak English (obviously not a dealbreaker, but some people may want to know that). On the first day, there was no hot water. I ran the water for about 10 minutes. After I called down to the front desk the girl came up. when the water reached room temperature she said thats as hot as it will get. Eventually, there was hot water. My guess is they turned the water heater on after I complained. The 2nd night I went to get dinner and I had to rush back to my room for a conf call in America. I got to the hotel at 10PM and my card wouldn’t work so I couldnt enter the building. I knocked on the door and window as hard as I could without breaking it.. for 20 minutes. That is 20 min without exaggeration. I understand people exaggerate when they leave reviews when they are upset. Im not upset, it literally was 20 min of knocking. I had an American Sim card and I couldn’t call the no. on the window. Thankfully, a Thai dude heard me pounding on the window and called them for me. When the lady came out I asked if she heard me knocking - I didnt get an answer because no English. There are two very small trash cans in the room. Once I filled them up, I set them outside my door. The trash remained there for the entirety of my stay. Other guests did the same. Again, the place is just whatever. My guess: rating manipulation.

A nice little hotel with a friendly staff. The interior designer made some interesting and unique choices which were very enjoyable. I had emailed the hotel that I’d be arriving after 11:30 pm. Within an hour the manager assured me the staff would be available. When I arrived at 12:30am, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel at home. Bravo!!!

Very beautiful boutique hotel. Great and very friendly staff! The only downside was no warm water for showers. I love that the hotel is green and environmentally friendly - they use solar but there should still be hot water regardless. I live in California where most have solar and hot water is no issue. Other than that... it is a wonderful hotel.

1st time in Bangkok, the hotel offered all round good value and the staff offered excellent service. Late night check in was not a problem, the staff spoke a good level of English and were very helpful. Good breakfast options for all tastes (UK and Japanese)

We really liked this place. It’s affordable, decoration is unique and the staff is super nice, not to mention the front desk is open 24 hours. Room was spotless and the food in the cafeteria downstairs was delicious, there’s not a lot to do around there but is walking distance from train station and water taxi as well. I recommend!

Good place to stay for a vacation
Stayed 4 nights. Great street food in the area and despite being in a busy neighbourhood the hotel was very peaceful once you came through the front door. Stairs have an uneven rise so need to be careful when going up and down the stairs. More lighting on the stairs and hallways would help prevent potential accidents. Close to the river and many of the major cultural sites.

Good for budget stay
Comfortable stay in this hotel, staff are very helpful, breakfast every day the same, shower hot and cold difficult to control, good location walking distance to bts and river side. It is better not decorating anything on top of the bed. Overall quite satisfied.

It was an amazing stay! If I could, I would award it with an 11 stars instead of a 10...! Location: It was about an 8 to 10 minutes walk from Saphan Taksin BTS and there were lots of eateries/street hawkers (different during the day and night) on the stretch leading to the hotel. With a 7-11 just opposite the hotel, one will never go hungry even if it is in the middle of the night. This boutique hotel is like a museum with lots of artefacts peppered across the three levels, corridors and stair well. The dining area is housed like a capsule with low back seats. I love the retro lift. With a fusion of technology to this vintage lift, one had to pull open the gated grills and scan the hotel card to activate the lift. The service from the staff were impeccable; warm, friendly, helpful and sincere. I was attended to by Ms Mew and Ms Nui on separate occasions and they showed me what true service really was. I wanted to have a haircut but was unable to converse with the hairdresser. Ms Nui ran by with me to the hairdresser and helped me with the translations. There are 10 types of room with a total of 32 rooms. I had stayed in two types during my recent stay. I shall target to try all 10 types of rooms in my future trips to Bangkok.

We loved our stay here! Clean rooms, breakfast was good, and staff was helpful. There were some loud noises that sounded like they were coming from a motor, but other than that our stay was very good! Definitely worth what you pay for it (and maybe a little more!). Location was good as well, though a little hard to find the first day.

Stylish hotel near central pier.
Funky room was spacious for solo - big double bed. Short walk from main road into the soi n bright cos next to 7-11. Uniqueness stylish design- 10 mins to bts. Near to bus stop if you know how to take local bus. Walk a distance to popular fish porridge n chicken rice shop. Good for short stay near central pier if you want to use the boat to get around. Same breakfast daily- tv no Thai channels?

Helpful staff ready to help you in every way.
The staff spoke English and was very helpful to us. They helped us get to one of our travel tour when our tour guide would not pick us in our hotel because this hotel was not a central located hotel. Our room was the loft whereby the one of the bunk bed was larger than the twin bunk bed. There is a lift to get to our room and a continental breakfast was provided each day of our stay. We got a chance to do our laundry in their washing machine and dryer. There is a refrigerator in our room and they gave us bottle water to drink.

Nice location for the hotel, and the staff are so friendly! Very near to brt stations, walkable distance around 7min to the nearby brt station. We have an early flight, and need to checkout early around 5am, they even so nice to prepare breakfast for us at that hour, thank you so much for the staff and help on guide for this trip. P.s they normally server breakfast after 7am.
