Room was neglected. Not 5 star thats for sure. Pool has no arvo sunshine. Maybe 1hr of sunshine at midday so water too cold to swim. Aircon was really noisey and could smell off smoke from people smoking in the rooms and it coming through the ducting. Staff weren't much help with anything.. couldn't even order transport. Unfortunately would not stay here again.

We loved the location! Very central to skytrain, metro and many many shops, restaurants, and nice massage places. The rooms were clean, with nice bedding. AC worked well. We had a suite with a sitting room and great views of the city. Staff was very friendly. Pool is clean, but only six lounge chairs for the entire hotel. Breakfast was a large spread with a lot of variety and good quality. Three elevators, so one was always available quickly. It was a quiet haven in the middle of a busy, hectic city!! We will stay here again next year.

日本人の遠藤さんの他、他のスタッフの中にも簡単な日本語を話せるタイ人もいました。その為か、日本人の宿泊客も多かったです。客室や設備も必要なものは一通り揃っていました。 またルームクリーニングや食事やその他のサービスを対応してくれるスタッフ達もみな親切な応対をしてくれました。 立地もBTSやMRTの駅にも近く、ターミナル21というショッピングモールも近くにあってとても便利でした。 また泊まりたいホテルの一つです。

建物自体は年代を感じる部分もありましたが、隅々まで清掃が行き届いており、清潔感がありました。 古さゆえにお風呂の栓が抜けにくいなど一部気になる点はありましたが、それ以外の設備は問題なく、とても快適に過ごせました。 駅からも近く、同じ建物内に24時間営業のマックスバリュや薬局、飲食店が揃っており、とても便利です。 朝食のビュッフェも美味しかったです。 またバンコクに行く際には、ぜひ再度利用したいと思います。
