The room while small was spotless, with a powerful shower and a handily placed outlet to charge my phone while I was asleep. Staff are courteous and helpful, and helped make me feel welcome after a hellacious journey. The location is great not only for Khao San Road but also for the Chao Phraya boat service

I absolutely enjoyed my stay there. However, our rooms are very small. If you have a checked bag size of bag, you’re probably not having enough space to open it in the room. I had a small carry on bag and had a hard time opening and closing it. Room itself was clean, staff was helpful and kind, very busy location and Boat port is a minute walk so its very accessible to all the touristic areas through the boat. Overall a good experience. I will definitely recommend!

Nice boutique hotel near Khaosan Road. The in house restaurant had great food and prices. Super accessible to laundry and shopping, with a 7-11 right next door. The General Manager, Pascal, was very friendly and informative. Will definitely stay here again.

Cheap and Cheerfull

A very basic hotel with an " ok to sleep here for the price feel". My room was small but clean, although the bed felt a bit lumpy. If you reserve a room "with a window", it may be frosted glass and look out onto a hallway. The restaurant does have a good selection of food, and you do get a 10% discount while you stay. The location is very good ....close to the Grand Palace, river ferries, Khoasan Rd and other attractions. So a good choice for the budget traveler
