The Mercure is in an excellent location between Silom and Chinatown. The check-in process is easy and service is friendly. The room itself is very clean, and the sheets are very plush. Most rooms here should have high city views. The bathroom itself is clean, and the plumbing works. Housekeeping does a good job of making sure everything is tidy. My only complaint is the loud dinging of the elevator. Maybe they could turn it down a few decibels. Perhaps they provide complimentary earbuds on the nightstand for this reason. Overall, this is an excellent hotel in a very good location.

Loved this hotel. Stayed 4 nights total and will stay again in the future if we return. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, location was central. Water bottles were provided in glass bottles which was appreciated and they really try to be conscious of the environment to only request amenities at the front desk if needed.

Wonderful

Excellent service and the staff member Ms.Pin is actually a life saver! She helped me out in the most efficient and kind manner that anyone can ever imagine. She will be remembered as an angel of Bangkok for me. The quality of the room conditions are also absolutely clean and well managed.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. 15 mins walk to Night market . All good even better if the drainage issue of the showroom could be sorted. Seemingly the incorrect inclining angle of the shower room floor retains the water let you have a foot bathing experience

New Clean and comfy hotel but bad location

Overall it was a nice comfy stay Not close to transport Bad service and rip off charges from management. My young daughters both experienced food poisoning (from outside the hotel) and unfortunately became ill on their way to the bathroom, with some of it landing on the floor and the towels. We contacted reception for assistance, and the cleaning staff promptly arrived and cleaned the room. However, the following morning, I received a message stating that we would be charged a replacement fee of 600 baht per towel, totaling 1800 baht for the three towels. The manager was so rude when I questioned the charges. Trying to charge me twice there cost price for second hand towels that could easily be washed..

At first glance the property seems ideal since it is located right on the beach. However, when you take a moment to really look at it, the facilities themselves are actually rather outdated and quite worn. The bathroom specifically had serious water damage on the ceilings next to windows that showed excessive mildew/mold. Furthermore, the shower/tub didn’t have a proper outside drain for when the water accumulated on the ledge of the tub and spilling onto the floor, completely soaking the floor may. In general the room itself was spacious enough for two people but the swing doors to the toilet is lacking in privacy. Aside from that the property does not have a gym/fitness room and the breakfast was unappealing. For a short one day stay or transient stay I would use it. But not for an extended holiday.

I had to stay for 13 nights due to health reasons. The hotel staff are so helpful from reception to the cleaning team Room was good , not big but had everything I needed . Breakfast was great and the food at the restaurant is amazing.
