The room was huge! Great location just 10 minute walk to Icon Siam. Very shallow soi to main road. Great restaurants both left and right on Main Street. Staff was amazing kind and helpful. All appliances worked flawlessly.

This place was a great find because we were able to book the family suite. The kitchenette was great and the separate rooms allowed for privacy. The hotel staff is amazing and go beyond for any request. I couldn’t say enough about the service and the staff.

Very nice place to stay. The staff above and beyond! Very clean and safe no worries here. Literally 100 feet away from anything you need including the restaurant market. Highly recommended!

Property was well maintained, the staff were very friendly and accommodating , the rooms were nicely appointed. I initially had a few issues these were immediately rectified. Would definitely stay in this area and at Naga Residence again.

We stayed for a week at Naga Residence. The rooms are perfectly clean and kept clean every day. Toiletries are very well stocked and the room is spacious. The wifi in the room we were in had a weak signal so the staff arranged for a separate router to help improve this. Thanks very much. Sadly I left my watch charger behind, but can't do much about that!

Clean room but has a weird smell from cleaning chemicals whenever we get into the room. Staff is very friendly and helpful and serves additional water by the lounge area. 4/5 stars for convenience and walkable hotel to restaurants and 10 minute walk to ICONSIAM.

Nice room, friendly staff. The only thing I would say as a negative is the balcony had no seating and you could not smoke on the balcony. I could not see on their website that it’s a no smoking hotel but they do offer no smoking rooms. But apart from that it was really nice.

Really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent, you can actually walk to the ICONSIM, 10 minutes. I didn’t, as it’s too hot. 2 minutes By motorcycle. There is a big food court and supermarket walking about 2 minutes. The whole street just outside the hotel is local food, delicious. It’s funny to say Even it’s in a busy area, the room is quiet. Really like the room has a fridge. You can have a glass of cold water in the morning. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. We definitely will be back to Naga. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
