Great hotel in Ratchada, Bangkok. Staff very friendly and great English. They let me check in a bit early which was nice. The room is beautiful, great pool & great breakfast, too. The location is just off the main road in a great area . It's 10 minutes walk to "The Street" where the outdoor Beer Garden had a top level concert the night I was staying. I highly recommend this hotel for it's excellent staff, location, food, pool, gym...this place has it all and will ensure you have a comfortable stay.

This place has all the basics covered for hospitality. It's off the main road so no traffic noise...however there is construction in the area so roads can be dirty and dusty.

Nice hotel
The hotel is down a side road off the main road, not the best entrance, but the hotel is very nice. The breakfast was plentiful, not gourmet but more than adequate. The hotel is in a good location walking distance to the train station. There is only one problem, they do not go the extra mile and provide more English channels for the TV. Have been in cheaper hotels in the area who have more English channels and English movies.

The reception staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and the bed huge. The hotel is smart and everything immaculate. The breakfast selection was fine, and the dining-room staff charming. The only downside to the hotel - and not its fault - is the poor access from the main road, along a narrow and uneven laneway. However, it's really only a minor point. Bottom line: would definitely stay there again.

Clean rooms, great staff, small pool / gym. Shame about the auto closing doors mechnisims, lack of foreign TV cable channels. The walls maybe a little thin for some, you can hear other rooms' chatting next door.

Stayed in this hotel on previous occasion. Not so central to activities but being near to the “MRT” station is a very good plus, accessible to many places of attractions. Need to understand the rail system more because stored value card is only usable on this Blue Line and not on the green or BTS line. Overall, GREAT hotel to stay.

Nice hotel close to MRT.
Everything else is good except flooring of the poolside is rather slippery and I hope the management could look into it before another accident happen.
